New Planning Fees Effective July 1, 2024 (Fee Schedule 2024)
New Engineering Fees Effective October 1, 2024 (Engineering Fee Schedule)
Your development proposal may require review and approval by the McMinnville Historic Landmarks Committee, Landscape Review Committee, Planning Commission or City Council before it can proceed.
If you are not sure whether your project would be subject to such a review, we encourage you to contact the Planning Department (503) 434-7311 to arrange a time to discuss your project with staff. This will allow us to better assist you through the process, and to minimize to the extent possible, any delays.
Land use application forms, which may need to accompany your submittal, are available online or may be obtained from the McMinnville Planning Division office. Fees to cover the cost of processing your request need to accompany the application when submitted; see fee schedule below.
It is important to understand that all application fees are non-refundable after substantial processing has occurred, regardless of whether the application is approved, denied or expires. It is strongly recommended that applicants review their plans with staff prior to submitting plans.
The Planning Division will be happy to help you through the application process. Please feel free to contact the department if you have any questions regarding this process or if you have any questions regarding planning regulations.
Once your application is ready to submit, please email it to planning@mcminnvilleoregon.gov or drop it off at the Community Development Center at 231 NE Fifth Street. Fees can be paid via card, over the phone at (503) 434-7311 or in-person, via check mailed in or in-person, or exact cash in-person.
