On the corner of Irvine and Second Street is this restored and well-kept example of a simple Victorian home of the late 1890’s that was common in McMinnville and the surrounding areas.

The Dunn Place Subdivision & Townhomes includes three applications: Tentative Subdivision (S 1-23), Planned Development Amendment (PDA 1-23), and Three Mile Lane Review (TML 5-23)

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the application for a variance to increase the number of lots permitted to be accessed by private easement from three (3) to four (4) at 835 SW Hilary Street (docket VR 1-21) has been withdrawn and the public hearing regarding the variance or minor partition that was recently noticed is canceled.

The City of McMinnville is proposing to amend Chapter 17.72 (Applications and Review Process) of the McMinnville Zoning Ordinance to incorporate neighborhood meetings in to the McMinnville land use application review process.

This is a legislative amendment, initiated by the City of McMinnville, proposing amendments to the McMinnville Comprehensive Plan to adopt the McMinnville OR 99W (NE McDonald Lane to Linfield Avenue)
