Below is a list of proposed/adopted amendments to the McMinnville Comprehensive Plan (Goals & Policies) and Zoning Ordinance. These amendments require a public hearing before the McMinnville Planning Commission with final adoption by ordinance from the City Council.
McMinnville Downtown Association, on behalf of each of the four (4) property owners, is requesting the approval of alterations to four (4) existing historic landmarks that are listed on the McMinnville Historic Resources Inventory and also contributing buildings within the McMinnville Downtown Historic District.
John Newberg is requesting approval of an administrative variance to reduce the rear yard setback by ten percent (20 feet to 18 feet) for a new garage that is proposed to be constructed on the subject site.
The keeping of certain animals in McMinnville is regulated, in part, by Section 8.10.130 of the McMinnville Municipal Code. Under certain circumstances, it is permitted to keep chickens, rabbits, horses, goats, and/or other livestock
Significant Resources are defined as resources of recognized importance to the City due to historical association or architectural integrity, uniqueness, or quality.
Below is a list of Downtown Design Review and/or Waiver applications. These applications are reviewed by the Planning Director or the Historic Landmarks Committee, depending on the appliation request.
Daniel Danicic, on behalf of Charlie Parr, is requesting approval of a comprehensive plan map amendment from an industrial designation to a residential designation and to rezone the same parcel from M-1 (Light Industrial) to R-4 (Multiple-Family Residential).
