PLEASE BE ADVISED that the application for a variance to increase the number of lots permitted to be accessed by private easement from three (3) to four (4) at 835 SW Hilary Street (docket VR 1-21) has been withdrawn and the public hearing regarding the variance or minor partition that was recently noticed is canceled.
Below is a list of proposed/approved Variance requests. Variance requests require a public hearing before the McMinnville Planning Commission.
Generally, the answer would be yes, as long as the addition does not encroach into any required setbacks or extend more than 35 feet in height, and that all other required building code requirements are met. In the multi-family zones (R-4 and R-5), that height limit is 60 feet.
