Project Advisory Committee 

Third Street Improvement (TSI) Project Advisory Committee (PAC)  This committee is comprised of community leaders from the city, local organizations, and community stakeholders who will inform City Staff in preparation to present to the City Council and the community. The meetings are open to the public with a schedule posted below. There are up to seven meetings planned with the consultants. The committee may schedule additional meetings as needed with city staff and others. 

Technical Advisory Committee

Third Street Improvement (TSI) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) This committee is comprised of technical experts including the project consultant , Operations and Maintenance, representatives from local utilities, Fire, and members of the McMinnville Downtown Association (MDA). This committee will meet to dive into the details of critical aspects of the project. From storm and sanitary sewer design, environmental impacts and concerns, street section design, resolving utility conflicts, traffic engineering, and how the final product will be maintained and many more. These meetings will not be open to the public, but will serve to answer concerns and/or questions that may originate at PAC or City Council.
