Application: Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, Zone Change (CPA 1-21/ZC 2-21)

On August 27, 2025, the City of McMinnville's Community Development Department and the project consultants, Sally Swanson Architects, launched the ADA Transition Plan project. The project is expected to take 12-18 months.
