Below is a list of proposed/approved Variance requests.   Variance requests require a public hearing before the McMinnville Planning Commission.

Application:  Zone Change (ZC 1-21) - 436 SE Baker Street

Request for approval to rezone the property at 436 SE Baker Street from O-R (Office Residential) to C-3 (General Commercial).

Below is a list of Historic Landmark review applications.  The Historic Landmarks Committee (HLC) reviews these applications at a public meeting and issues a Certificate of Approval for the following applications:  Demolition, Moving, New Construction, or Exterior Facade Alteration.  

Meeting both long-range and current planning needs of the city, the Planning Division oversees land use issues, the Zoning Ordinance, and economic development.

 

Project site - 4150 NE Riverside Drive

The application requests approval to change the zoning designation from M-1 to M-2 and the conditional use permit for a proposed composting facility (organic materials) subject to ORS 227.600.
