Salary Schedules and Labor Agreements

The City of McMinnville values the longstanding relationship with the McMinnville Police Association (Teamsters Local 223.) Employees responsible for labor relations in Human Resources and administrative staff perform the following duties:

• Interpret contracts, rules, and policies
• Bargain and negotiate 
• Hear and resolve grievances
• Consult and coach managers and supervisors
• Review discipline and grievance responses
• Respond to Union requests
