Division Chief Training Officer (Fire)

The City of McMinnville is hiring a Division Chief/Training Officer. This new position is responsible for managing the EMS and Fire training for the City's Fire Department and coordinating periodic training opportunities within Yamhill County and our Ambulance Service Area.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in the fire service who can standardize our training program, develop recommendations to improve training offerings, and coordinate a variety of interagency trainings.
