URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY SNAPSHOT FOR June 11, 2024

The McMinnville Urban Renewal Agency met on June 11, 2024 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2024-03: A Resolution adopting the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, making appropriations, and declaring the tax increment.

2024-04: A Resolution adopting a supplemental budget for fiscal year 2023-24 and making a contingency transfer.

The public is strongly encouraged to relay concerns and comments to the Council, if unable to attend, in one of four ways:

• Email at any time up to 12 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting to CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov;
• If appearing via telephone only please sign up prior to the meeting by emailing the City Recorder at CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov as the chat function is not available when calling in Zoom;
• Join the Zoom meeting; use the raise hand feature in Zoom to request to speak, once your turn is up we will announce your name and unmute your mic.  You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City Recorder to fill out a comment sheet on your behalf. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak. 
• Attend in person and fill out a public comment card
