WORTMAN PARK ART GALLERY
Located within the McMinnville Senior Center, the Wortman Park Art Gallery is a space created to showcase the work of local artists, to encourage local artists with recognition and community support, and to provide an aesthetically pleasing and artistic environment for Center users and the general public. Interested artists should contact Erin Guinn at the McMinnville Senior Center.

It's time for Happy Hour! Enjoy and early evening filled with live music performed by SureFire, The Vintage Knights and a few more local bands. CRAFT FAIR
You're invited to our 15th annual holiday extravaganza featuring the community's youngest artists and bakers! Be prepared to spend some cold hard cash on a variety of items -stocking stuffers, gifts and treats. Registration for vendors ages 7-18 years opens Thursday, October 24. Spaces are limited and fill up fast. Application instructions will be posted online at maclibrary.org in early October or can be picked up at the library Children's Desk.

Learn and celebrate Day of the Dead with library staff at the Community Center. Traditional Aztec dance performance, ballet folklorico performance, crafts, snacks and more! Participate in the ofrendas, or rememberance altars, the week prior at the Community Center, Library and Senior Center.

FINDING GOBI
Finding Gobi is the heartwarming true story of Gobi, a stray dog that joined Dion Leonard as he was running a grueling 155-mile ultra-marathon race across the Gobi Desert. Dion's presentation brings the story to life while covering everything from hardship, friendship, teamwork, and making the most of life from whatever situation you are in. Short Q&A and opportunities for photos with Gobi conclude the event.
