COVID-19 Court Appearances
For now, the courtroom is not holding in-person appearances to limit person to person direct contact. While there will be Virtual Courtroom appearances scheduled for both criminal and traffic citations, including other violation matters, you are required to contact the court offices directly before your court date.
CRIMINAL
Persons with criminal matters must contact the court office to avoid the possibility of a summons or a warrant being issued for a failure to appear on a designated court date.
TRAFFIC AND VIOLATIONS
The court strongly recommends accessing our court clerks by telephone or email to process your citation. The Court Violations Bureau offers easy access for traffic citations and other violation matters. By utilizing this option, it allows you to enter a plea and make payment arrangements at your convenience. Just remember, you must contact the court clerks prior to the appearance date listed on your citation to indicate your selection to take care of your citation with a court clerk or to schedule your appearance to see the Judge in the Virtual Courtroom.
DON’T DELAY. Please contact us by calling (503) 434-7402 or by email at mc@mcminnvilleoregon.gov.
