Active Living Yoga will unlock your body to move well on your mat and in your daily life. Integrates breathwork with gently dynamic stretching to create improved mobility. Incorporates intentional yoga poses designed to increase strength for balance and better posture.

This class combines the cardio of basic "step" aerobic movements with the "pump" weight training tone and strength movements. Set to motivating movements, this class delivers cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance.
