A spin off of the popular Strong & Fit class, Cardio & fit offers more cardio and fun moves to upbeat music. Participate at your own pace. All equipment is provided.
Date: Mondays, 9:15a-10:00am
Fee: $7 drop-in or Fitness pass/memberships available
This class combines the cardio of basic "step" aerobic movements with the "pump" weight training tone and strength movements. Set to motivating movements, this class delivers cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance.

Nestled along one of McMinnville’s Cozine Creek tributaries, this quiet 2.14 acre open space is best accessed by parking along SW Goucher Street and walking east down Old Sheridan Road to the main park entry.

Have fun playing shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, and backyard games.
Join artist Kelly Lovell for an artful morning of Coffee & Canvas. Participants will be taken step by step through a fun and simple painting, while you enjoy freshly roasted coffee.

The Jay Pearson Neighborhood Park, named after former Parks and Recreation Director, Jay Pearson, opened on October 5th, 2019. This park was designed to be accessible and inclusive to all people of all abilities.
