Clogging is an energetic form of dance and is a good workout to boot! We dance to many kinds of music including country, gospel, and pop. Prior dance experience is not required to participate. There will not be any formal instruction, just a lot of moving and having fun.

Getting and staying fit feels like a party with this international dance workout! No experience or talent necessary. Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing; bring a water bottle.

This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and more. Progress at your own pace using chairs, body weight, and dumbbells. All equipment is provided. Instructor: Dina Aldred.

Participants will learn how to use the Tiffany method of foiling, gain guided experience with soldering technique, learn how to frame with lead came, and how to properly clean and polish stained glass.
