This class will move through a slow, mindful sequence of poses to gently open the hips, lenghten the spine, and relieve tension in the lower back!

McMinnville’s 100 acre sports field complex and community park features a dozen baseball/softball fields of various sizes and the same number of soccer fields to meet the recreational sports needs of both children and adults.

Join us for a Community Wellness Day where you can explore the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, enter to win raffle prizes, and participate in fun activities led by Parks and Rec Staff, the SNACK Program, and community resources. 

TWEEN HANGOUT

Tweens, grades 3rd-5th, can come hang out, play games, and socialize. Each month will have a different activity.

A lower-intensity version of Zumba, designed to meet the exercise goals of seniors. Come join the dance party on your feet or in your seat. Wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
