This class will unlock your body to enhance your movement both on the mat and in your daily life. By intergrating breathwork with gentle dynamic stretching, this program aims to impove your mobility.

This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and more. Progress at your own pace using chairs, body weight, and dumbbells. All equipment is provided. Instructor: Dina Aldred.

This four acre-park is intended for neighborhood use but is a great destination for families and very small groups with young children. The “farm theme,” celebrating McMinnville’s agricultural history, allows children to climb through a barn, play on a John Deere tractor, or ride a chicken!
