This class is comprised of a series of focused simultaneous upper and lower body exercise that build lean muscle strength and sculpt the body using light weights. Bring a mat, water bottle, wear sneakers. One pound bars will be provided. Spring session begins March 15.

Join in on the fun! Egg hunt, cookie decorating, face painting, and more! Open to all children with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities and their families! Lunch will be provided. Partnership with The Grove (Oak Grove Community Church)

A lower-intensity version of Zumba, designed to meet the exercise goals of seniors. Come join the dance party on your feet or in your seat. Wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
