Parks and Recreation and the Library are collecting socks for YCAP and then on Mon, Dec 19th we will have a Snowball Sock Fight.

New, white socks can be dropped off at the McMinnville Aquatic Center, Community Center, Library, and Senior Center. Socks can be youth or adult sizes.

This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and more. Progress at your own pace using chairs, body weight, and dumbbells. All equipment is provided. Instructor: Dina Aldred.

Clogging is an energetic form of dance and is a good workout to boot! We dance to many kinds of music including country, gospel, and pop. Prior dance experience is not required to participate. There will not be any formal instruction, just a lot of moving and having fun.

Getting and staying fit feels like a party with this international dance workout! No experience or talent necessary. Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
