INNERgystics is a unique workout comprised of a series of focused simultaneous upper and lower body exercises that build lean muscle strength and sculpt the bodyusing light weights.

A low-impact fitness class to classic hits, featuring gentle cardio, strength, and flexibility. Class starting Sep. 14.

Ages: 21+

This small yet popular .43 acre mini-park between Evans Street and Davis Ct. serves area residents in the immediate vicinity. The park offers a small play structure (for ages 6-12), lawn space to spread a picnic blanket, park benches and a short walking path leading from David Ct.
