INNERgystics is a unique workout comprised of a series of focused simultaneous upper and lower body exercises that build lean muscle strength and sculpt the bodyusing light weights.

Connect with others while working on your favorite craft projects. Bring your own hobby and enjoy crafting in a welcoming, social environment.

This small yet popular .43 acre mini-park between Evans Street and Davis Ct. serves area residents in the immediate vicinity. The park offers a small play structure (for ages 6-12), lawn space to spread a picnic blanket, park benches and a short walking path leading from David Ct.
