Clogging is an energetic form of dance and is a good workout to boot! We dance to many kinds of music including country, gospel, and pop. Prior dance experience is not required to participate. There will not be any formal instruction, just a lot of moving and having fun.
Getting and staying fit feels like a party with this international dance workout! No experience or talent necessary. Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
