Additional Ways To Provide Public Comment: 

  • Written comments may be submitted to the City Recorder Team any time up to 12 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting and mailed to (McMinnville City Hall, c/o City Recorder Team, 230 NE Second Street, McMinnville, OR, 97128);
  • Digital comments (email) may be submitted to  the City Recorder Team any time up to 12 p.m. the day BEFORE the meeting to CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov;
  • Individuals may participate online through the Zoom videoconferencing platform; please sign up prior to the meeting by emailing the City Recorder at CityRecorderTeam@mcminnvilleoregon.gov at 503-435-5702, as the chat function is not available when calling in Zoom; once your turn is up, we will announce your name and unmute your mic.  You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City Recorder to fill out a comment sheet on your behalf. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak. 
  • Attend in person and fill out a public comment card
