Special Called Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE of City of McMinnville Budget Committee Meeting 

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of McMinnville to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be held on June 16, 2023 at 3:00 pm in a hybrid access meeting. 

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

Copies of the Proposed Budget documents can be found here: 

1. The “Status Quo” version is the scenario that budgets for the fire department remaining within the McMinnville general fund next year.
2. The alternate scenario is the “Fire District Approved by Voters” document.
3. We have put together a document and posted it to the website that shows the differences between the two scenarios as they would appear in the appropriation and with details for which specific line items changed.
