After a nearly two-year process and after hearing from thousands of community members, the City Council adopted the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan (PROS Plan) via resolution

This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and more. Progress at your own pace using chairs, body weight, and dumbbells. All equipment is provided. Instructor: Dina Aldred.
