The McMinnville City Council met on December 18, 2024 and took the following actions:
Approved Resolutions:
Resolution No. 2024-72: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend by Change Order the contract with Fackler Construction Company for the Construction Manager/General Contractor contract for the AnyDoor Place, a McMinnville Navigation Center.
Resolution No. 2024-73: A Resolution appointing and re-appointing members to the City’s various Boards, Committees, and Commissions.
Approved Ordinances:
5153: An Ordinance Amending the McMinnville Municipal Code, Chapter 17.64 to Provide Time, Place, and Manner Regulations for Psilocybin Activities in McMinnville.
5155: An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 5024, the Previous Planned Development Amendment Approval (ZC 6-17); Amending the Previous Subdivision Tentative Plan Approval (S 13-06/AP 2-07 as Amended by Ordinance No. 5024); Approving a Planned Development Amendment (PDA 1-24); and Approving an Amended Subdivision Tentative Plan (S 3-24) for the Remaining Phases of the Hillcrest Planned Development, Approximately 106 Acres, Tax Lot R4524 00801.

You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City Recorder to fill out a comment sheet on your behalf. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak.
- Attend in person and fill out a public comment card
