COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR MARCH 26, 2024

The McMinnville City Council met on March 26, 2024 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2024-11: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend by Change Order the contract with Fackler Construction Company for the Construction Manager/General Contract for the AnyDoor Place, a McMinnville Navigation Center.

2024-15: A Resolution appointing representatives to the Economic Vitality Leadership Council.

2024-16: A Resolution adopting a fiscal year 2023-24 budget amendment for the Fire District Transition Fund and a General Fund Contingency Transfer budget amendment.

Ordinance 5143: 

An Ordinance repealing all campaign finance and disclosure requirements of Chapter 2.10 of the McMinnville Municipal Code

In other business: 

Herd a presentation from Community & Engagement Manger Noelle Amaya 

Heard a McMinnville Water & Light (MW&L) Update Presentation from General Manager John C. Dietz.

Proclaimed  April 2024 as Parkinson's Awareness Month. 

Approved the Minutes of the October 10, 2023 Regular Meeting.

Approved the Minutes of the October 18, 2023, City Council Work Session Meeting.

Approved the Minutes of the October 24, 2023, City Council Regular Meeting.

Approved the Minutes of the March 17, 2021, City Council Work Session Meeting.

Approved the Minutes of the March 23, 2021, City Council Regular Meeting.

City Council met in Executive Session immediately following the regular meeting pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e): To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
