The McMinnville City Council met on APRIL 09, 2024 and took the following actions:
Approved Resolutions:
2024-17: A Resolution appointing a volunteer to the Planning Commission.
2024-18: A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract with ECOnorthwest for $119,100 to help McMinnville prepare a Housing Production Strategyand to evaluate land-use efficiencies as part of the City’s acknowledged sequential UGB workplan with the Department of Land Conservation and Development.
In other business:

Approved the Minutes of the April 13, 2021, City Council Work Session & Regular Meeting.
Approved the Minutes of the April 21, 2021, City Council Work Session Meeting.

Approved the Minutes of the November 28, 2023, City Council Regular Meeting.
Approved OLCC Application request from Bjorn Farm, LLC for Winery 2nd Location
Approved OLCC Application request Nash & Nichol LLC for New Outlet Off-Premises.
