The McMinnville City Council met on October 22, 2024 and took the following actions:
Approved Ordinances:
5149: An Ordinance Amending Title 17 (Zoning) of the McMinnville Municipal Code to Chapter 17.54 “General Regulations,” and Approving the Decision, Findings, and Conclusionary Findings for Docket G 1-24.
In other business:
Proclaimed Friday, November 1st, 2024 as Extra Mile Day.
Proclaimed Monday, November 11th, 2024 as Veterans Day.
Heard a presentation from Dr. Jessica Howard - Chemeketa Community College Bond Update

- Join the Zoom meeting; use the raise hand feature in Zoom to request to speak, once your turn is up we will announce your name and unmute your mic. You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City Recorder to fill out a comment sheet on your behalf. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak.
- Attend in person and fill out a public comment card
