Continued Public Hearing for Three Mile Lane Area Plan to July 26, 2022 @ 7PM:
Public Hearing: Regarding Consideration of a Planning Commission recommendation, adopitng the Three Mile Lane Area Plan as a Supplemental Document to the City of McMinnville Comprehensive Plan, and amending the Comprehensive Plan, Volume II, Chapter VI, Transportation System, to add a proposal to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map and Transportaion System Plan consistent with the Three Mile Lane Area Plan (Docket G 7-21) was CONTINUED to a public hearing for July 26, 2022 @ 7:00 PM.

PUBLIC HEARING FOR:

Written Testimony: Email Heather.Richards@mcminnvilleoregon.gov before 12:00 pm on Monday, June 13th to provide written testimony or mail to Planning Director, 231 NE 5th St. McMinnville, OR 97128. Written testimony must be received by 12:00 pm on Monday, June 13th. Teleconference Testimony: Pre-register to speak during the public hearing by providing your name and phone number, or Zoom name, to the Planning Director's Office before 4:00 pm on Monday,June 13th. Appear in person or via Zoom: Sign up to speak at the meeting or if appearing via Zoom, use the Raise Hand feature. During the public hearing, the Mayor will read the list of those who pre-registered and then those who signed up the day of. When the Mayor calls out your name, you will have three minutes to speak. You can preregister by emailing Heather.Richards@mcminnvilleoregon.gov or calling 503-474-5107.
