COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR JANUARY 24, 2023

The McMinnville City Council met on January 24, 2023 and took the following actions:

Approved Resolutions:

2023-04: Authorizing the approval of a cooperative fund exchange agreement between the City of McMinnville and Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) known as Fund Exchange Program (FEX) Agreement No. G001-T041620. (Point of Contact: Anne Pagano, Public Works Director)

2023-05: Adopting a supplemental budget for fiscal year 2022-2023 and making supplemental appropriations for the General Fund, Wastewater Services Fund and Information Services Fund for approved ARPA projects. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

2023-06: Approving the Order of the County Commission (attached Exhibit 1) and consenting to the formation of a fire district incorporating the city limits should such a ballot measure be passed by the voters. (Point of Contact: Rich Leipfert, Fire Chief)

In other business:

Proclaimed February as Black History Month. 

Council adopted the new City Council Group Agreements.
