COUNCIL SNAPSHOT FOR July 09, 2024

The McMinnville City Council met on June 09, 2024 and took the following actions: 

Approved Resolutions:

2024-40: A Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Purchase & Sale Agreement for 6.95 Acres of Industrially-Zoned Property with Pacific North Construction LLC.

In other business: 

Heard a presentation from Dan Blue, Recology Government & Community Relations Manager - Norther Oregon.

Approved OLCC Application request from Alumbra Cellars for Winery Primary Location

Approved OLCC Application request from Grounded Hospitality for Commercial Change in Ownership.

You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak.
