The McMinnville City Council met on November 26, 2024 and took the following actions:
Ordinances:
No. 5154: DID NOT PASS WITH DISSENT will be brought back to City Council for a 2ND reading at the December 10th City Council Regular Meeting. (An Ordinance Approving a Zone Change From R-3 (Medium-Density, 6000 SF Lot Residential) To R-4 (Medium, High Density, 5000 SF Lot Residential Zone) for Property of Approximately 2.93 Acre Located West of NE Newby Street and NE Hoffman Drive Intersection (Tax Lot R4409DC 01100), Docket ZC 3 - 24. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Community Development Director))
In other business:
City Council met in Executive Session prior to the regular meeting pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h): To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
Approved to authorize the City Manager to enter into Settlement Agreement with Fackler Construction Company with regard to disputes over construction of AnyDoor Place, McMinnville Navigation Center. (Point of Contact: David Ligtenberg, City Attorney)
