The McMinnville City Council met on June 25, 2024 and took the following actions:
Held Public Hearings for:
Resolution No. 2024-39: A Resolution Adopting an Engineering Fee Schedule.
Approved Resolutions:
2024-33: A Resolution declaring the City’s election to receive certain state shared revenues.
2024-34: A Resolution certifying provision of municipal services by the City of McMinnville as required by ORS 221.760.
2024-35: A Resolution authorizing an interfund loan from the Wastewater Capital Fund to the General Fund for Capital Investments.
2024-36: A Resolution extending workers’ compensation coverage to City of McMinnville volunteers.
2024-37: A Resolution adopting the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024; making the appropriations; imposing the property taxes; and categorizing the property taxes.
2024-38: A Resolution adopting the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan.
2024-39: A Resolution Adopting an Engineering Fee Schedule.
In other business:
Heard a presentation from McMinnville Water & Light General Manager, John Dietz.
City Council met in Executive Session immediately following the regular meeting pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e): To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
