The McMinnville City Council met on May 24, 2022 and took the following actions:

Public Hearings: 

2022-34: Establishing new Affordable Housing Fund and adopting a supplemental Budget for FY21-22. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

 

Approved Resolutions:

2022-32: Awarding contract for Biosolids Application project (Point of Contact: Jeff Gooden, Project Manager)

2022-33: Awarding contract for HVAC. (Point of Contact: Jeff Gooden, Project Manager)

2022-34: Establishing new Affordable Housing Fund and adopting a supplemental Budget for FY21-22. (Point of Contact: Jennifer Cuellar, Finance Director)

2022-35: Approving City Manager to sign an agreement with YCAP for navigation center. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Planning Director)

2022-36: Approving contract with FFA for the Navigation Center. (Point of Contact: Heather Richards, Planning Director)

 

In other business:

OATH OF OFFICES were administered for Municiparl Court Judge, Arnold Poole and Interim Mayor, Remy Drabkin.

Proclaimed May 24, 2022 as Scott A. Hill day. 

Approved OLCC Liquor License for Heater Allen LLC dba: Heater Allen Brewing for Brewery-Public House 1st location.

Held executive session pursuant to:

ORS 192.660(2)(h): To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

  • Join the zoom meeting; use the raise hand feature in zoom to request to speak, once your turn is up we will announce your name and unmute your mic.  You will need to provide your First and Last name, Address, and contact information (email or phone) to the City Recorder to fill out a comment sheet on your behalf. You do not need to state your address for the record when called to speak. 
  • Attend in person and fill out a public comment card
