Written Testimony: Email Heather.Richards@mcminnvilleoregon.gov before 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 6, to provide written testimony, or mail to Heather Richards, 231 NE 5th St. McMinnville, OR 97128.  Written testimony must be received by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 6, if you want to bring written testimony to the public hearing please bring 12 copies of your testimony for distribution. 
Teleconference Testimony: Pre-register to speak during the public hearing by providing your name and phone number, or Zoom name, to the Community Development Director's Office before 4:00 PM on Wednesday, September 6. During the public hearing, the Planning Commission Chairperson will read the list of those who pre-registered. When the Planning Commission Chairperson calls out your name, you will have five minutes to speak. You can preregister by emailing Heather.Richards@mcminnvilleoregon.gov or calling 503-474-5107.
