Nestled along one of McMinnville’s Cozine Creek tributaries, this quiet 2.14 acre open space is best accessed by parking along SW Goucher Street and walking east down Old Sheridan Road to the main park entry. Intended for neighborhood area use, the park is minimally developed (lawn turf only;  No parking or restroom.) Trails will one-day connect to other Cozine Creek corridor properties owned by the City that will be developed as part of a trail system in the future. Ducks, blue herons and on rare occasions, an owl have all been seen passing through the park’s perimeter tree lines. Dogs must remain leashed (off-leash activity prohibited).
