Read a novel written by a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color) author and enter to win a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Pick up a raffle card at the information desk at the library or sign-in and submit it on Beanstack. Must finish the book by the end of the program run, March 15th -April 15th. For teens and adults.
